Built From Two Angles
Tenoro exists because supply chain operations teams deserve a ranked queue, not a flat list.
Exception Handling Across Operations
Tenoro uses AI to connect exceptions across purchasing, inventory, orders and transport. It links the relevant records across ERP, WMS, TMS and OMS systems, then ranks delays by downstream delivery impact. Operations teams can see which delay needs attention first and trace its effect on downstream deliveries, rather than review each alert in isolation. This gives a queue organized around operational consequence, not just event volume.
Tenoro was built for the gap between exception volume and operational context. A queue can contain late purchase orders, inventory shortfalls, order delays and transport issues without showing how they relate or which one needs attention first. Founded in Paris in 2024, Tenoro is bootstrapped and focused on making those links visible, so operations teams can work from downstream effect rather than alert count.
